Are you referring to messages that you send vendors through WeddingWire? If so, I would instead contact the vendor directly through their own website or through social media. Some vendors might not check their WeddingWire messages often, and reaching out to them through a different method may give better results.

Vendors told me that they can't see our email even if we want them too, wedding wire blocks the vendor from emailing you.


However if they aren't responding at all, I'd go with someone else. I didn't trust any vendors who didn't want to take my money essentially.

In general I didn’t use the contact functions on WeddingWire or The Knot. I was scared messages would get lost or go unnoticed. I recommend reaching out directly using their own email, phone, or website.

So you mean to contact vendors? You need to go to their official websites and use the contact links there. WW doesn’t go through on the vendor pages.

I would usually mention our date, that we’re interested in their services and would like to see packages/pricing if they’re available for our date.
