Constant knot in my stomach-2 weeks out!

Rachey, on May 22, 2014 at 9:30 AM Posted in Planning 0 10

Anyone else close and feeling this way? I'm stressing about little things but they are big to me. While I liked my second hair trial I don't like it from the front, so should I get another one? Music - DJ says I have a great list but will everyone dance? Nerves in general. It's getting close and I have this constant knot in my stomach and upset tummy. I don't stress eat, I lose weight when I'm stressed. Not even hungry at dinner time. Appt today to fix my bustle that drags the floor. Should I bother with a spray tan, mock centerpiece viewing today - are they too tall etc etc. Definitely first world problems and I am so grateful for everything but I'm feeling the pressure. In the meantime, FH is like oh yea when we getting married again, can't wait for the party! (Men) I've planned the entire wedding so I'm feeling all the pressure of it all. I was having a facial the other day and the lady had to tell me to breath. I'm two weeks out and still need to order programs and place cards. Oh the stress of it all.

I am still over a year out from my wedding, but I think what you are going through are normal! At least, to me they seem normal---I know for a fact I will be feeling the same way you do! I know that in the end all that will truly matter will be having my friends and family there while I marry my best friend, but I will still be stressed about everything!

Just try and take some deep breaths, and make sure you just make some time for yourself these next two weeks to just relax and remember that you are marrying your best friend, and everything will be okay!

If you have put this kind of care and planning into your wedding, I'm sure it will be beautiful and things will go well. Breathe in...breathe out. It will be okay. Smiley smile

I'm not nearly as close as you are, but I still find myself stressing over things sometimes, and have to remind myself that what is important is the marriage. Everything will fall into place.

YES, and my goodness the tears! Whenever I hear our first dance song, or a song I know will be played at the wedding, I start to tear up.

At this point we just have to count on our vendors. We've done all the planning we can do, we have to let go and just trust in our choices. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

And DAMN Bustles!!!! I went last night to record how to do the corset and bustle, only for the lady to realize the bustle was done wrong!!!!!!

I'm 3 days away. I am nauseas and exhausted. I will probably fall asleep in my dinner. I can't sleep. Trying to let things roll but that's easier said than done!!

The last few days, I've felt exactly like this and I still have 3 months to go ...... I'm hoping I'll get over it by the weekend and join the IDGAF club again. For me, wedding planning has been a roller coaster, full of highs and lows. I guess it's nice to know I'm not the only one!

I'm still over 4 months out, but every time I big event comes up I get the same way knot in my stomach I also don't feel hungry when this happens. I feel the best thing to do if you can't eat get a smoothie something healthy that will make you feel full! This works best for me and I know I'm going to be living off them before my wedding.

I know everything your doing will come out beautiful! Take time do some pampering! Best of luck!!! Breathe and try and enjoy the moments!

YEP! I'm a damn mess!! I'm so bi-polar at this point! I have done all of this on my own (well, my mom helped some) and I am so worried that it will be a disaster! I can't sleep (it's 2:10 am as I am writing this) I can't eat (that's good cause my dress WAS a little tight) and I am in constant wedding mode, it's all I can think about!

I'm a week away and I totally understand what you are feeling. My anxiety level is at an all time high so I just keep having to tell myself that it will be ok. And just breathe. I know when Sunday comes I will just freak out more.
