Concerns about Photographer communication

I signed a contract with a Wedding photographer three months ago. Communications have been through email only as I do not have her phone number and she has not replied to my request to call me. The engagement session is supposed to be 6 days from now. The photographer has not responded to repeated requests for details on the time and location of the engagement session. This is concerning to me, because we have taken time off work and are traveling 12 hours for the engagement session. The lack of communication also makes me question the photographer's reliability for our wedding day. I am unsure what to do.

Did you speak with her/meet her in person before signing the contract?

Have you been able to get in contact with your photographer yet?
If not, I would definitely try to find a contact phone number for them on their website.
