  I think gray or silver as an accent color to coral would be nice

  It would probably be frowned upon to wear white, otherwise, you should trust that they can choose their own attire.

  I’d let the moms pick whatever color they want to wear. Since they are not a part of the wedding party, they are not required to wear a specific color.
