I wouldn't assign them a color because they should be allowed to choose for themselves (since they aren't wedding attendants). If they are asking for suggestions, just tell them the other colors and let them know you want them to wear what they will feel beautiful in. Your colors are so neutral that anything they decide to wear will be fine.

Parents generally dress themselves and do not have to match the wedding colors. Ideally, they'll ask what you like, in which case, I would give them a palette rather than a color. (My Mom and MIL asked what I thought of their dresses, but that doesn't happen for everyone.)

If they are asking you then provide a recommendation but otherwise they can be left to figure out their own dress. They don't need to match.

As for what would look good, I could see silver or gold going particularly well with your color scheme.

I would think any rich darker color, thinking glamorous old hollywood, or metallic like someone else suggested! But since the wedding party seems to be kind of neutral you probably can't go wrong.

Parents aren't required to match the bridal party or wear your wedding colors. I would let them pick their own attire in whatever colors they want as long as it matches the formality of your wedding.
