Colors

Are you inviting guests to wear colors complementary to the wedding colors? Is this so the pictures will be more coordinated?

Some cultures do this, but if it's not common in your circle, this will be difficult.

When you involve other people, it becomes more than "your wedding". If you've had previous success dressing grown adults and manipulating family, then by all means. But, it may be less stressful not trying to control what you cannot control.

Why you are posting a thread here in the forums that is intended for your guests (you and your fiance's family)?
As these forums are to ask other people questions, for suggestions, and to vent about things. You will want to send that message directly out to the guests of your wedding, and not post it here.

I think this is nice idea. Have you discussed these ideas with some family members to test the waters on their compliance to it?
