My friend had an august wedding and used Navy, rose gold, and blush and it was beautiful. I think burgundy would look great too

I think the rose gold will brighten up nicely! Those are wonderful wedding colors.

Love that you are speaking this into existence! Those colors sound lovely. I attended a wedding July third outside in Navy blue I was surprisingly comfortable. My dress was also very breathable and t-length.
Are you going to have long dresses for your ladies? What kind of material have you decided on?

I honestly love the thought of these colors! I do understand where he is coming from though. I wouldn’t say change your colors, If can get formal pictures done before it gets to dark then it really won’t matter!

Sounds beautiful! Colors are no longer needed to be “season appropriate.” So long as they don’t wildly clash with your venue, go for it. Those sound beautiful.

Yeah August bride! These are beautiful colors-- very moody, sexy, classic. How does your FH picture his attire? I have seen amazing burgundy velvet tuxes and classic navy tuxes and suits. He can also wear white/ ivory with a burgundy boutonniere (my husband chose this).
