I bought a wedding binder (that I never ended up using), but it had color swatches in it. I got it on Amazon.

The Knot has a wedding planner you can buy from Amazon that has a page full of colour swatches.
My FH and I just went to the hardware store and picked out paint sample cards that we liked. They were free and they were big enough to be cut up so we could make more than one colour combo out of each swatch.
