Maybe order the bridesmaid dresses first and see how they end up looking before you go pick out ties. That way you have a better idea of the colors and can visualize it

I would not stress too much about an exact match but once you have the dresses it shouldn’t be that difficult to come pretty close.

I personally think that a contrast, not an exact match would look better.
