Im planning to get married next year on June 29,2019. Im looking for the place that do fountain sparklers ( cold fireworks? And dancing on the clouds effects. Do you know any place that have those things not too expensive in Orange County, or Los Angeles, CA?

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Tram! I think this is an awesome idea. I would check in with your venue first though. Some venues don't allow the dancing on clouds effect, number one, and number two, if they do, they might have an idea of who to ask to help achieve it.
I did a quick google search - literally typed in "orange county fireworks wedding" - and came up with a couple of companies in the LA area that have done fireworks at weddings before. I would ask your venue and then if they don't have any restrictions on fireworks, I would look into these companies.
