Coffee and Tea

So we would love to be able to have a coffee and tea table set up. My caterer was going to charge about $300 for about 70 people (a little more than half of the number of our guests). Which I thought it was insane considering I doubt that many people will have coffee and tea. It equates to almost $4.30/guest. What is everyone else doing? Has/Is anyone buying or renting their own thermos pumps and bringing their own coffee and/or tea? Should we just forgo it all together? I know my grandparents for sure would want coffee with their dessert as well as a few other people, so I would rather have it available.

I consider it insane. Looking at my catering contract with 70 people it came to $300 for assorted soda, bottled water, apple cider, mulled cider, coffee and tea bar.

We're doing an outdoor rustic wedding. Not everyone will drink coffee but a lot will. We have a full kitchen on the property so I thought to have a self serve bar for coffee just plugging in my kurig and letting people use it as they please. We have about 85 adults so i will probably just get the large variety packs of k-cup or the reusable k-cups with filters. our families are really low maintenance so i know they won't mind. either way those who mind don't matter and those who matter won't mind, you just need to find the best fit for you. but coffee or Tea or both is a must.
