Coffee and cordial bar?

MrsC2B, on July 24, 2017 at 3:25 PM Posted in Planning 0 3

We were talking to our venue manager about the possibility of adding a coffee station. He sent us a quote for a coffee and cordial bar, which would add about $1200 to our budget. We have decided to wait a couple of months to see what our wedding budget looks like and if we are still under the limit we set, we will probably go for it.

Now, I am pretty sure we will be able to afford it, especially if the two of us decide to split the cost. The question is, is it worth it? I can see our guests enjoying some coffee, but will having cordials add anything more? What has your experience been, o wise ones of WW? :-)

    Thanks linds!

I too agree that cordials are not necessary. I just wanted to get a few opinions to make sure that I am not being too cheap.

And the price! We are estimating 50-60 guests, so yeah, the pp cost is something to think about.

Somebody tell me what a cordial is? ETA Nevermind, i googled it. I feel like they aren't at all necessary.

@Kate, that's what we thought too (no one drinks coffee in the evening). But a lot of our guests asked us if we would be having a coffee station. I do like the idea of not getting a quote for all the guests. Thanks for the tip!
