I ordered bridesmaid dress swatches from several websites a month ago. One of the websites I ordered from was Cocomelody.
I paid for my swatches from all the websites using Paypal.
A month has gone by, I have received all my swatches from several websites except Cocomelody. I checked the tracking, and it showed delivered.
I checked everywhere. Outside, all around the porch, the mailbox. The neighbors. Nothing.
I made a mental note to reach out to them to let them know the swatches were missing in action.
On Sunday I received an email from Cocomelody asking if I received the swatches and if I was happy with them. I took the opportunity to let them know they had not made it to me and I would like a replacement set if possible.
Tuesday morning I received a response asking if I had checked with my neighbors and called the post office. I responded with yes, checked everywhere. Still no swatches.
Wednesday morning (today) I received a response asking if I checked my mailbox.
Seriously? My mailbox?
I replied and informed them that yes, mailbox has been checked. I would like a replacement set or I will need to contact Paypal for a refund.
If they struggle to successfully send swatches and then resolve the issue of missing swatches, I cannot imagine ordering dresses from them.
I am sure other people have had success with this company. I, however, have not.
