Maybe something like "cocktail hour special: drink name/description" and "only available 5pm-6pm" or whatever your cocktail hour time is?

Maybe list the beer and wine options and then the signature cocktail (is it only offered during the free hour?) and underneath all that something like, “cocktail hour special: complimentary {signature cocktail name}s!” or “complimetary {sig cocktails} during cocktail hour!”
