Cocktail hour

A lot of people do cocktails 😂
But Im going more casual and hoping for a nacho bar, it's a good light snack and delicious.

Open bar, artisan cheese display, Mediterranean display (hummus, shrimp, dolmades, olives, etc.), bacon wrapped scallops, crabcakes with pineapple salsa, and grilled cheese (brioche and brie) with apple and balsamic drizzle. There was more on the Mediterranean display but I cant remember it all lol.

We're having signature cocktails and a charcuterie spread - meats, cheeses, and fruit plus bread and crackers

We're having open bar with stuffed mushroom caps, flatbread pizza, and a meatball bar!

We’re serving fruit and cheese, teriyaki meatballs, and bbq chicken tender bites. I wanted something heavy to balance out the alcohol. ☺️

Cheese pastry puffs, deep fried Brussels sprouts, hamachi ceviche and meatballs.

We are having 4 passed appetizers (a game sausage on a stick with mustard, bacon wrapped date, a steak bite with a chive cream, and mac n cheese bites). Then a stationary caprese one!

We are doing mini tacos, stuffed mushrooms and spinach spanakopita along with a fruit/veggie tray. We will also have beer & wine to drink.

We did an antipasto station, a cheese and fruit station, and several passed apps. Oh, and snow cones!

What are you considering? Have you chosen a caterer yet?

Our open bar opens at the same time cocktail hour starts so people will be able to begin getting drinks. As for food we will have chips, salsa, dip, fruits, vegetables, meatballs, beef on skewers, fried ravioli, bacon wrapper tater tots, and fried mac and cheese balls.
