Cocktail Hour Station

Wow 20 passed apps?! That's a ton of food. I like the mashed potato bar and the trio rustico. I think the stir fry might be a little too outside of the box for some people and all the pasta sauces sound like a stain waiting to happen

Trio rustico display! I especially appreciate cocktail food that doesn't require a knife and fork

Without knowing your dinner menu, the trio rustico display and the mashed potato bar are the most appealing to me. I'm not sure I would want stir fry or pasta for an appetizer, however, if you're serving mashed potatoes with dinner, I wouldn't choose it as a cocktail hour station.

I'm sure they all taste good, but the only one that sounds like cocktail hour fare to me is the trio rustico display.

I agree that trio rustic is the only one that sounds like an appetizer. The others sound like entree stations.

Mashed potato bar!!! Honestly, if you’re having passed apps too that’s all you need. Or skip passed apps & choose potato bar & rustico display.

Trio Rustico sounds the most appealing and appetizer like. The others seem too heavy for cocktail hour, especially with so many other choices.

Mashed potato bar!!! And the trio rustica. Usually there's pasta with the dinner so that would be redundant.

For me personally:

1. Pasta Bar

2. Mashed Potatoes

3. Trio Rustico

4. Asian Stir Fry
