Cocktail hour food

That sounds amazing! Maybe move the fruit to cocktail hour. Also you could include flavored/sweet breads, yogurt parfaits, mini danish or pastries. Any cold items and leave hot items for sit down dinner?

Maybe something similar to those sous vide egg bites from Starbucks? Maybe pigs in a blanket? Mini muffins? Pancake bacon bites?

Brunch for dinner sounds yummy! I’d only worry if that’s enough food. What about fried chicken & waffles too?


For cocktail hour, what about mini potato cakes with creme fraiche, mini quiche bites, cheese & meat board with crackers?

Mini Shrimp and Grits, mini chicken and waffles on a stick, quiche. I work for a hotel and those are just some of the passed Hors d’oeuvres that we do for our brunch

Stick to the one potato dish since you're already serving hash browns.
