You could still have servers handing out food, just with tongs and so on.

I’d ask your venue. We’re serving raspberry & Brie puff pastry that’ll be given out by a server.

My vendor will have servers at every station and walking around with trays as well. This was there technique before COVID.

I would check with your caterer and see what they’re allowing at this time, as well as your vendor! Some places are more lenient than others
