Cocktail hour drinks

Hello all,
ok looking for opinions. So we are not big drinkers we will be have a full bar at the reception. Our wedding and reception are in the same space the cocktail hour is downstairs for an hour while they flip the room. We are only have one bar tender. Would it be ok for us to have a signature drink in those drink dispenser and beer and waters out for the cocktail hour. Or do I need the bar tender?
