Depends on what else you are having. What is the rest of your menu? While I love K BBQ, Mac and Cheese, and Dim Sum, it might not work with the rest of your menu. You don't want things to be...too disparate, though you want some variety.

Pasta for sure. I love a good pasta station. What comes with the Korean BBQ station? Are people assembling lettuce wraps with kimchi and sauces and veg? If so, get that. If it's just the meat, then maybe sliders.

There's a lot of chicken, on that list.

Do your guests have chairs/tables to sit to eat that. I have a hard time eating from plates, holding a drink, and standing up, during cocktail hour.

I vote for Mac & Cheese and Pasta, because there's little on your list that's vegetarian (25 of my guests chose the vegetarian entrée).

I vote for pasta and Korean BBQ. Everyone loves pasta and Korean BBQ is something that most don't eat on a regular basis so it adds variety.

I'd do dim sum and Korean BBQ. Assuming that you'll have passed things and probably cheese and fruit? Everyone will find something to eat.
