Clip in extension worry

Hi All,
I would love longer locks for the big day, but I worry about the clip in being pulled out by my veil. My nightmare is that a receiving line hug goes awry and there goes the veil and hair 🤦‍♀️
I'm looking at milk and blush clip ins and have a chapel length veil. Any experiences to share? Is this a silly concern?

I got married 3 weeks ago and had clip in extensions with a cathedral veil and there were no issues. I even did a swing dance with my step dad and my extensions stayed in place through the whole night. I’m so happy I did the extensions for the length and volume.

I think your hair stylist would be able to secure it just fine. Are you planning on having an updo or hair down?

I’ll practice before to make sure and watch some videos. When I gotten clips professionally done they always tease the hair to give more texture and support. So for sure practice.

Just make sure the veil is anchored onto your real hair as well as your extensions!

I am having clip ins for the day of and I had a trial and I could tell that hair wasn't going anywhere. The veil will go securely in the middle of my hair and my stylist just told me when I take the veil out to just be really careful but hey that's what your bridesmaids are for lol.

I wore 26" milk & blush extensions with a chapel length veil! The veil even got wet in the rain, so it was SUPER heavy. All I can say is BOBBY PINS & HAIR SPRAY. My extensions were put in by the professional who did my HAMU, she did a great job & really secured the veil. I took the veil off after pictures (after the ceremony).
