Cleaning.

I had mine cleaned the day before I left for our venue. It only takes a few minutes.

I will probably do it Wednesday or Thursday before the wedding. I have to decorate the venue the day before and probably won't have time that day. We will also take our wedding bands in as well to be cleaned.

I did it the weekend before and then didn’t wear it til we were ready to travel so it’d be extra sparkly

The jeweler we bought my engagement ring from told us to bring in everything I’m wearing at the wedding the day or two beforehand and she would clean it for us. I’m taking in my engagement ring and earrings (family heirloom).

I had my wedding band custom made to match the engagement ring. It was completed about 2-3 months before the wedding, and they cleaned it when they were using it to shape the wedding band. It was still just as sparkly the day of the wedding.

I had mine cleaned on Thursday for my Saturday wedding.

I'll either have both my engagement ring and wedding band cleaned the Thursday or Friday before our Saturday Wedding.

I get my ring professionally cleaned & prongs checked every 3-4 months by a jewelry store. Then once or twice a month in between, I clean it myself with a diamond jewelry cleaner. Before the wedding, I had all our rings cleaned 2 days prior.
