Currently trying to figure this out as well and I did hire a florist. It's so much cheaper for us to return the items! Most of the time family and the bridal party stay to help clean up!

The groomsmen are going to quietly (I hope) clean up what was out during cocktail hour in the adjoining room after dinner. Our venue will clean up and pack the cake stand and topper once cake has been served. So that way all we need to worry about is the centerpieces which we'll take down ourselves after the reception.

Venue is taking care of linens, chairs, tables. I have a day of coordinator and 8 family members helping to make the process finish quickly. My coordinator is also beginning to break down the ceremony location during 30 minutes of dancing.
