I let mine sit in warm water and windex for about 10-15 minutes then scrub with a toothbrush and rise. This is what the jeweler my FH got my ring from told us to use, which is what she says she uses as well.
I have a titanium ring so all it needs is a good rinse with some regular hand soap every so often.
Ditto what Jessica said. It does the job with things you already have at home.
I clean mine by soaking it in warm soapy (dish soap, I use Dawn Pure Essentials) water for about 20 minutes and then cleaning it wish a soft brush. My center stone is an aquamarine & there is a halo of blue diamonds, a halo of diamonds & a paved band. Make sure whatever you use is safe for the stone(s) you have. Also your jeweler may clean it at no charge, too.

Cool good to know. Usually I take mine to the jeweler twice a year for the deep cleaning. Hadn’t thought about using this method on my ring. I’m Essence it’s the same concept since this is how I clean my diamond earrings.
I have used the dishwasher stuff to clean glasses for past jewelry. Soak it and use a toothbrush and warm water. Our jeweler said that since they have been having to clean all the rings after customers, they have found alcohol swabs work. Not sure if it's true but I'll look into it. I. The meantime I will look at the dazzle stick!
