Cigar Bar

Lyndsay, on November 25, 2019 at 10:29 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 6

Hey there! Did anyone have a cigar bar? Did you have a host for the cigar bar or was it a self serve kind of bar? I am thinking this might be a fun idea but not sure of the logistics...

I dont have a lot of information for you but my cousin had a cigar bar at her wedding and it was super nice. I was younger then but I'm pretty sure they had someone hosting it.

We’ll be doing a cigar bar. No attendant; just a bunch of different cigars set up with all necessary items. I’m leaving this one up to FH, so no idea on amounts or anything.

I went to a wedding where they had a woman hand rolling cigars. It was a big hit with guests.

We had a cigar bar at our wedding. H went to a local cigar store and bought a whole bunch of their hand rolled cigars that he enjoys then he bought a humidor to keep the cigars in. We set that up with several cutters and lighters outside on the terrace so that our guests could enjoy them.

    Hey Lyndsay!

I love the idea of a cigar bar! it's super sweet and if you know that a lot of your guest smoke cigars it will absolutely be appreciated!!

I wouldn't image that it would be necessary for you to have someone host the table for the duration of your wedding, but perhaps you could ask someone in the wedding party to check in on the amount left and replenish it a couple of times throughout the evening.

If it's in your budget, what about having someone hand rolling cigars? I've worked a ton of events, and having someone hand rolling always draws a lot more attention than a table without anyone there.
