What would you wear for the church rehearsal the day before the wedding and then for the rehearsal dinner?

We're having a church rehearsal followed by dinner. I don't plan to wear anything different than I would if the rehearsal was elsewhere. I'll probably go with a cocktail style dress of some kind.

Same here - I wore a black cocktail dress to the rehearsal and dinner that followed. My DH wore a suit, but the other guys wore pants and button downs.

From what I've seen wearing a white cocktail dress seems to be the "thing to do". I've found a really cute one that also has rose pattern on it, which I LOVE.

I bought a cute white eyelet dress with a shrug for this occasion. I was searching for an Easter dress and bought a similar one (hot pink) for Easter. I couldn't pass the white one up since they were both on sale at JCPenneys. Our rehearsal and dinner are on the same night.
