Church programs

Maria, on August 31, 2019 at 9:35 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 3
Hey all! I’m having a catholic ceremony with a mass and would like to make a simple church program (one page, front and back). We’re expecting 200 guests at the reception, but know that not everyone will show up to the actual ceremony (especially a longer catholic ceremony). Any idea on how many programs I should order? What did you guys do to figure out program counts? Thanks!

I would order 200 just to make sure there's enough to go around!

I would wait to order them until you get RSVPs back, then I would order 75% of your guest count. Not everyone will take one anyway. When we go to weddings and programs are offered, I usually grab one and share it with my FW. The bridal party, your parents, and anyone else in the processional probably won’t pick one up either, although I would save a couple as keepsakes. If you run out and not everyone gets on, it’s not the end of the world.

Hey Maria! Have you received all of your RSVPs yet? This will give you a good idea of the number of guests that will attend.

Also, are you planning on putting a program on each seat for your guests or will you leave them at the bottom of the aisle so that people can grab one on their way to their seat?
