Christian Postlude Song

Consuila, on July 4, 2015 at 10:07 PM Posted in Planning 0 8

My FH and I are trying to figure out a Christian upbeat song to walk back up the aisle after we say our "I Dos". Our Pastor will only allow Christian music to be played within the sanctuary.

Check out the christian contemporary station on Pandora. They have modern christian music that is great to listen to (in my opinion). Anyways, you're bound to find something there. Personally I've love the artist Britt Nicole.

And check out We Won't Be Shaken by Building 429 - LOVEEEE the chorus

What she said. Listen to contemporary Christian radio. Find an artist/song and listen on Pandora for simular songs. Will your pastor allow instrumentals or sobgs w/o words?

She will allow instrumentals just I keep finding relaxing ones as compared to upbeat like " yay i just got married!!! " beats. I will definitely look up the suggestions! Thank you!

If you're allowed to do instrumental I would go that route...I play pipe organ and so am partial to pieces like the Widor toccata from the 5th symphony. As far as exhuberant, joyful music, that piece just takes the cake!

Can you talk to the music director at the church and see what they normally use?
