Chilly in dress?

N, on November 30, 2019 at 8:43 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4
So I’m wondering what any other brides did or are planning on doing if they get cold during their reception. My dress has skinny straps and I’m always freezing cold inside. I know I probably won’t notice the cold too much or won’t have time to stop and think about it, but I’m thinking of having a shawl at the reception to be safe. Also my wedding will be outside in early April so might need a back up plan if it’s on the chillier side for that time of year.

Anyone able to pull something like this off and has any good advice?

I got a light shawl from JJs house. I had a strapless dress and I’m ALWAYS cold too, but seriously I was literally so hot at our wedding 😂 the adrenaline, running around, dancing, etc. plus my dress was heavy despite being strapless hahah. It’s great to have something just in case though.

I'm a Colorado winter bride and someone recommended I put hand warmers in the cups of my dress. Haha Genius!
