Hello everybody!

I posted previously about “choice of” dilemma and was wondering if I could get input on the chicken dishes offered with our caterer. Unfortunately, it looks like we have to send invites out before we can do a tasting which puts us in a pickle because we are on the fence with the “choice of” option and deciding whether or not we will add a beef entree.

I'd just put "chicken" on the invite. You don't have to list the specific ingredients, just the protein type. That's pretty standard. Out of the list you posted, I think the Sauteed Chicken with Champagne Sauce or the Grilled Rosemary Chicken would be best. We did a bruschetta chicken, it had tomatoes & basil & balsamic and it was a pretty big hit.

We are doing chicken Marsala for our chicken option. It was surprisingly really good at the tasting they had.

I do think the rosemary chicken sounds really good too
