Chicago Winter Photo Opps [west Loop]

How about THE BEAN!! It is where my now husband proposed and our favorite Chicago spot. Buckingham Fountain is also great but probably isn't on this time of year. There is also that park and bridge close by that would give some great photo ops.

It's on the list as a possibility. Trying to not go too far into the Loop though just to cut down on travel time.

What about Union Station? It could be a gorgeous backdrop for some photos. It popped in to my head because of all the different movie filmed there

Is your photographer local? Have you spoken with him/her? They may have some fantastic location ideas, especially if they're from Chicago!

Ping Tom Park is unique. The cube at Willis might be fun. In front of the Lyric opera there’s long tall columns that might be cool too. A bridge over the river LaSalle street for example.

We don't yet have a photographer booked (literally just setting the date this week, very quick planning!) But yeah it'll be on my list to ask once we have that nailed down. Just looking for inspiration from other Chicago brides at the moment.

We're getting married in West Town in June 2020, and hired Maura Black Photography. She's shot all around the city and knows some pretty cool spots!
