Charitable Honeymoon

This is something I have been thinking about for a couple of months now, but I don't know how we would do it. I like the idea of doing charity work for part of our honeymoon together. I'm not sure exactly what we would be doing, so I'm open to suggestions. We'll be marrying in Arizona in March, and we'd like to stay somewhere in state.

What ideas can you guys think of? 🙂

Maybe something like a habitat for humanity? I would think about what kinds of causes you are passionate about and find charities that deal with that issue, then reach out and ask them if they are in need of volunteers for any upcoming events or something.

You can always go give blood

What about reaching out to churches in the area and asking if they need help?

There is also some program where you can stay and work on a farm, but I'm not sure if it's only done internationally

That could work for us both. He likes manual labour and I think I would enjoy working on a farm. Hopefully we could find something regional. 👍
