Charger plates arrived scratched up!!!

That's messed up. Hopefully they'll send you replacements pronto! And, yes, we'd all like to know where you bough them?

We spoke to a caterer over the weekend and they rent chargers - I noticed they they were also scratched. I asked about it and they said they ordered them from Dollar Tree and probably half were scratched. They picked out the good ones and they were sent to a Sunday wedding and the left overs were used for display for the bridal show. They said they scratch at the drop of a hat and were going to clear coat all the good ones so they can be used in the future.

In case it does come to this, I would do some research before spray painting. Not everything takes spray paint well, and you don't want it rubbing off on the linens and your guests, or to end up looking worse than it did scratched. You also don't want to use anything toxic since it'll be around food.

I tried to give them an opportunity to replace the scratched plates before bashing them but they are still in the process of 'getting back to me….several weeks later! I also purchased an manzanita tree that arrived broken and it's also from craftsnfavors…….also, no response to my message that it was broken.

So everything from them has arrived damaged and they are not responding to return requests. Out of the dozens of shipments I've received for the wedding, these are the only ones I've had any issues with at all.

Update: They finally responded with an offer to replace the scratched chargers…..the day before my wedding! I'd asked for a return shipping label and a refund when there was less than a week before my wedding. I had to purchase locally at a higher price but they were actually new chargers.

EBay resolution center is awesome! They stepped in and I got a full refund. I escalated the manzanita tree return, as well and finally I am finished dealing with this seller!
