Changed mind about engagement ring?

Anyone feeling like they might not love their engagement ring as much as they originally thought, and how are you handling it? We picked it out together but now that I am looking at bands I'm second guessing. I dont want to waste $ on a new setting but am kinda not feeling it and its past the time to exchange it.

You don't have to wear it. I love my ring but I hardly wear it cause it is cumbersome. I wear my wedding band only.

I actually felt like this about mine and I felt so guilty about it, but so upset. We picked it out together and I had ended up choosing a ring totally different from what I originally envisioned. I loved it at the time, but after a few months started to really regret not getting the style of ring I had always dreamed about.

“Luckily,” it actually turned out the store had lied and the ring was a size larger than they claimed, AND it couldn’t be resized smaller! So they ended up giving us a full refund on the ring, and we picked out a new one that I absolutely love.

Is there a return policy on the ring? Any chance you can exchange it?

Thanks... Its been too long to return it and we got the setting from a different place than the diamond.
