Change the straps? Or keep it as is?

Hi ladies, I bought this dress a while back and fell in love. The last two pics were of me trying them it in the shop for the first time. I’ve put on some weight since (which I plan to lose). I did notice that the spaghetti straps makes me look like a body builder lol. I feel like it might be fine once I lose the weight, but also considering changing this to thicker off-shoulder straps if it is possible. What do you think?
