Hi Ladies,
June 2020 bride over here and we have not postponed (we’re remaining hopeful but do have a second date in Sep held for us by all of our vendors just in case).
Anyways! I started planning early and bought my dress in Nov 2019 and had it altered and picked for up March 20. I love my dress but I LOVE to dance and I am worried about it being uncomfortable to dance in. It is a mermaid tailored to fit me like a glove. I’m not worried about the first dance. I am Latina and we love to dance bachata, salsa, reggaetón, etc.
Are any of you ladies getting a second dress to wear to the reception? If so, do you mind sharing a picture and where you found it! I really don’t want to spend a lot of money on a second dress.

I’m wearing a second dress. You can find an inexpensive one on Lulus, ModCloth, Fashionova, cocomelody, Etsy, and eBay.

My ceremony dress isn’t white, it’s champagne. My reception dress is going to have a lot of beading and nude under tones. I didn’t really want a classic white dress.

Oh okay my dress is more of a moscato so I wasn’t sure what color to get the second dress.

A lot of brides get their second choices. The dress they would have gotten if they didn’t fall in love with their ceremony dress. But I wanted something a little sexier as my ceremony dress is a huge ballgown.
