So, I purchased my wedding dress the other day & it’s a champagne color & I’m having THE hardest time finding colors for my bridesmaid dresses. Any ideas?

I think a dark color would actually make your dress pop: black or navy especially.

I think he’s leaning more towards black as well, but I think grey would look great! And thank you SO much!! I told him if he doesn’t cry then we are going to have a problem 😂 here is the front! Champagne Wedding Dress 1

I think any color would go well with your dress! Have you thought on the preferred flower colors yet? The contrast between the boquet flowers and the bm dresses seems to stand out the most

I never thought about that! Our venue is a country club with mountains behind us, so green may not be a great idea.

No, I haven’t thought about the bouquets yet! But I probably should take that into consideration as well!

Mine is moscato, which is very similar to champagne and we're doing wine, dusty rose, and gold colors. I definitely think those warm colors go nicely with champagne! ❤️

This sounds exactly like what I was thinking! Do you have any pics or tips on stuff that worked/didn't etc? I haven't picked anything yet so a clean slate other than the dress.

I think sage green and champagne are gorgeous together. You could also consider mixing it up a bit and allowing bridesmaids to pick either sage green or dusty rose depending on preference and what complements their skin tone. All of those colors go together and it could keep things interesting.

I really picked the decor and wedding party attire based on our venue. The carpet in the ballroom was this emerald green and there were gold chandeliers. There were also floor to ceiling windows on 1 wall overlooking a courtyard with a gazebo and flowers and the golf course behind that, so we ran with the green/pink flowery garden idea. Since there was tons of green outside and inside (thank you kind of ugly carpet), the decor really was a mixture of light pinks, golds, and whites. I think it all looked cohesive. My brother's wife is an event designer and florist, and she said you always want to work with the space you have, and that includes the color palette in place.
