Challenges with a Premium Domain

Hi! I purchased a premium domain through WeddingWire, and I learned that the domain hosting provider is WeddingWire, the domain registrant is Wedding Planner SL (a child company of WeddingWire), and the domain registrar is EuroDNS.

A Legal Services representative from EuroDNS explained that Wedding Planner SL needs to provide consent for any domain modifications.

I emailed the Wedding Planner SL contact at the beginning of November and again toward the end of December; however, I have not received a response to my inquiry.

Can anyone provide additional contact information or direct me to another Wedding Planner SL representative?

    Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve already emailed the support team and am awaiting a response. Because others may have gone through a similar process, I thought it’d be worth posting in the forum.

    Most go through Withjoy.com or Wix.com for custom domains because of countless glitches with WW. There have been several posts similar to yours recently addressing this exact issue where WW claimed no responsibility even with documentation and going to the top of the chain.
