Can you put more on each side, like 8 or 10?

Could you just make the rows wider? 5 chairs per row is pretty narrow. We’re doing rows of 8.

View Quoted Comment I personally would put the same number of chairs in each row just because I think it’s more aesthetically pleasing, but if that’s not important to you, it doesn’t really matter. Having a few extra chairs is nice since not every group is going to split up evenly into the rows.

5-10 in a row isgood. Also are you doing a memorial chair for anyone? Or table?

I was thinking about just doing a table at the reception. My ceremony and reception are at the same venue but about a 2 minute walk apart

I agree. I would do more seats per row and I would only add decor on every other row to save money.

We needed to do longer, narrower rows of chairs due to the hall's sweeping staircase. Pictured is from a previous wedding and we've decided against aisle decor to save on costs.
