Ceremony options

Fiancé and I are not religious so we are trying to stay away from getting married in a church. I already have our officiant, just trying to find the perfect place. We also do not want to have it at the reception hall, we want to have the ceremony more intimate and keep it to just close family, also if we could stay away from anything outside as much as possible. Located in the Detroit area! Any suggestions help!! Thanks!
