Ceremony music

The first instrument that comes to mind, for me, is violin.

I think either a violin or piano would be beautiful, but the concern with a piano is they would have to bring the piano to your location which probably wouldn't be very easy to do.

A harp is another classic choice (and slightly easier to transport than a piano 🙂). Depending what style of music you want, something like a saxophone could also be great.

I had a classical guitarist and was really happy with him!

If you want the piano, a wedding pianist can usually bring a keyboard to your venue if there isn’t a piano there already.


I suggest listening to YouTube videos and seeing what instruments appeal to you! You can just google wedding processional guitar/piano/violin etc
