Nope, there are no hard rules about who has to walk with who. You can absolutely have your best man escort his wife down the aisle

You can do the processional and recessional however you want but I don’t understand why it would be weird for her to walk with someone different for the one minute it takes to walk down the aisle. Plenty of married people are in weddings that their spouses aren’t in and they walk with other people.

No you can have the best man and maid of honor walk alone

In most circles, the men all enter from the side front after the officiant. The women enter down the aisle. When they exit after, they are paired up from the center moving outward. It’s only a couple minutes maximum if even that long and would be very awkward shuffling people around so spouses can walk together.

I went to a wedding this summer where the moh and bm entered together and then exited with their spouses. It was super cute.
