Ceremony Floral Circle Arch?

Chantelle, on April 6, 2020 at 5:48 PM Posted in Planning 0 9

Hi, So this forested outdoor terrace thing is where the ceremony is gonna be.

For awhile, I really felt that having a floral circle wedding arch at the altar was part of my dream vision. It’s really beautiful to me and seems special.
But now I’m thinking well: the ceremony area is already very airy and forested and already has natural ambiance. So maybe a circle floral wedding arch would clutter up the space with too much going on.
I know it might be hard to imagine without seeing it but can you try to tell me whether or not you think a floral wedding arch would be too much in this ceremony space? Or do you think it can still work and not overcrowd.Ceremony Floral Circle Arch? 1Ceremony Floral Circle Arch? 2

I don't think it would be too much. because it adds in a nice focal point. it is not needed though because outdoor ceremonies in nature are already nice in itself but for an added wow factor, an arch would be nice

I would go with fake. It will save money and you can spend all the time you want on it.

I would definitely do the arch. It looks a little plain Jane without.

The really cool thing is places like Aliexpress has them fairly cheap so you would have a good base to work with! Smiley smile Fake flowers will be much much much easier than real and dont discount dried flowers and reeds Smiley smile

So I don’t think the circle is necessary because your venue is gorgeous, but I also don’t think it would be to much for that space if that is something you really want. I agree with the first commenter that I would use fake flowers, so that it’s not one of the many other things that can have to be done in the final week.

I don't think it would be too much. Flowers can add some nice pops of color next to the natural greenery or the area.

I definitely think the arch would look spectacular in that venue. Like a frame around you as a couple with the trees as a background! You could leave the arch plain or add flowers, pampas grass or even just greenery. Your venue looks beautiful!

I am also doing an outdoor venue - beautiful space but have incorporated an arbor in our space. More to act as a frame for us and have been quoted for this arch by my florist ( really not too pricey). It depends on your florist.
