  The hair and makeup people make the schedule. You just let them know what time you want to be ready by. No later then an hour before the ceremony.

  This is exactly me. I have 8 girls getting makeup done by the same artist includg myself. I'm the bride. What time should I have the makeup artist do my make up if we have to be ready by 4pm.
