Ceremony Arrival? Flower Girl and Ring Bearer?

Hi everyone,

So I'm working on the timeline for our vow renewal/convalidation ceremony, but I'm not sure when and where people are supposed to arrive. I'm getting ready with my ladies in my hotel room. Do the flower girl and ring bearer (flower girl is his goddaughter and ring bearer is my godson - both will be just over 2 years old) get ready with us or do they meet at the church for the ceremony - and when?

I had mine in my hotel room with me while I was getting ready but they were my kids so it was different.
I would have them meet you at the church I would say at least an 30-45 minutes before the ceremony to be safe and in case you want any special pictures with them before the ceremony.
