Centerpieces

Kreshelle, on December 29, 2020 at 5:19 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 22

Ladies, this wedding is 4 1/2 months away, I still have no idea how I want these centerpieces to look. Does anyone have any pics of what they're doing or have done? I need some inspiration!

If you have something specific in mind, type that in the search bar and you'll get different pictures. Candle centerpieces, fruit centerpieces, etc.

Our venue provides the centerpieces (except for the flowers).

The candle holders will be filled with water and will have a floating tea light candle.

I don't have any photos, but my venue offers centerpieces with my package and because I'm using the florist who does the centerpieces, she's going to enhance them. Usually they're fresh cut roses, sunflowers, daisies or hydrangeas. I personally am just going with the simpler route and whatever the florist gives us is what will be the centerpieces, mostly to save money but also because a lot of people have advised us that they don't remember centerpieces as much!

Are centerpieces actually required? Do guest really think poorly if there arent any centerpieces? Asking bc whenever I'm a guest at a wedding, I never even notice the centerpiece.

We had an Alice in Wonderland theme and accented decorative objects with roses. Every table was unique. Centerpieces 12

I made this one myself as a test to see how much it cost me to make my own centrepieces. I ultimately decided it was the same to have a florist make them and devote my time to other matters.

Where did you purchase your candle holders? I usually only see the smaller (tealight) style.

Hobby Lobby — and I purchased them when they had wedding items 50% off (they often have those sales). This is what they looked like at the actual reception.

And funny enough ... I actually used floating tealights. It never crossed my mind to use votives - that would have been pretty! Lol!

Looks nice! The tea lights were perfect for using water. I was thinking of just having votives without water. They’re a nice addition to the table
