Thank you everyone for your wonderful suggestions! I think we were finally able to figure something out. Now fingers crossed it comes out like we are imagining it in our heads, haha.

Using fake flowers for mine..still have to put the hanging globes on for the tea lights on the hoop one and add greenery but final draft for my centerpieces

These were a pain but I'm happy with them! We built the boxes with our neighbors old fence wood they were throwing away, branded our initials on them, and then used the leftover flowers from the bouquets.

This is the inspiration pic I sent my florist. Half our tables will have the "wreath" centerpieces and half this short garland, we're also renting all of the candle vases from them. I did ask for more flowers than these pictures show, so ours will have more floral than just green.

This is an example we set up in my mom’s house. This example is using fake greenery, but for the wedding we will use Costco greenery.

There is only one long table - I'm grabbing fresh white flowers and greenery from Trader Joes to go into the gold vases.

We are doing a tall clear vase filled with water and a floating candle with greenery around it. Elegant, simple, and not expensive!

Were keeping it simple mason jars filled with lavender and rocks and then twine wrapped around the mouth of the jar

We had farm tables and did an assortment of bud vases and I LOVED how it came out. It was super pretty, super easy, and allowed guests to have conversations and see across the table easily. It was a bit time consuming to do (we bought bulk flowers and rented vases from our florst and it took four people about 2 hours to do), but was so worth it.
