Centerpieces for Rehearsal Dinner

OK ladies, looking for some inexpensive ideas for centerpieces!!! I just got an email back from our RD venue that their standard centerpieces are "a foot tall lamp with a black base and ivory lampshade". NOT a fan.

I only need 3 or 4 centerpieces, and I don't want to do flowers...any ideas that are inexpensive?

I was at a few RDs where the bride and groom placed framed photos of themselves from over the years. It was neat to see all of the fun things they had done! You could throw in some candles around it and call it a day!

I would skip it or just get some short dollar store vases and buy a couple bouquets from the local grocery store.

I really like the framed photo with candles idea! You can get cheap frames and candle holders from the dollar store or even IKEA!

MIL got three different sized vases from Dollar Tree and is filling the bottom with rocks in our wedding colors, filling them with water and topping each with a floating candle. Pretty sure she spent about $30 altogether for 8 centerpieces. We're also doing a framed engagement photo and framed wedding invite by the dessert table.

Don't overthink it! Anything simple will be totally fine--I've seen just some votives and a single-stem flower in a mason jar and it was perfect!
