Centerpiece vases height

Bmmmmmm, on January 7, 2018 at 8:35 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 6
Hello !

My centerpieces will be hydrangeas, white roses and delphiniums or mainly just hydrangeas depending what fits in the vase. Do you think 7.25 or 9 inch vases would work? They are at the dollar store and much more cost effective than a lot of the other vases I have found

thanks in advance !

I personally prefer lower height vases (I hate having a round table and my field of vision obstructed by centerpieces so I can’t talk to those across the table. The 7.25 ones are probably fine. I’m having hydrangeas too, and I think my florist is using vases about that high.

Something along these lines is what I was hoping for ... just wondering if those flowers in a cylinder would either get lost on the table in a 7.25 inch vase or would it block the guests view ? Dollar tree doesn’t sell a vase that size in the picture unfortunately

I think that's a perfect height, anything over 14 inches I believe is right at eye level and not good. I believe it's anything under 14 inches, and tall skinny centerpieces over 22 inches. 🤷🏻‍♀️This was a year ago that I read something about heights,so may not be correct.
