Hmm well these would make an adorable gift for your bridemaids. Each Celtic month has a symbol and meaning, so you can give them the one that corresponds to their Celtic birthday. http://www.silver-insanity.com/category_s/21.htm

This designer has a sort modern take on Celtic dress for a wedding, I don't know what you budget is, but it might give you ideas at least.

And here's a really gorgeous Autumn inspired design I found that has a great color pallet

Here's the vows we are using they are celtic...I LOVE them!!

You cannon possess me for I belong to myself

But while we both wish it, I give you that which is mine to give

You cannon command me, for I am a free person

But I shall serve you in those ways you require

and the honeycomb will taste sweeter coming from my hand.

I pledge to you that yours will be the name I cry aloud in the night

and the eyes into which I smile in the morning

I pledge to you the first bite of my meat and the first drink from my cup

I pledge to you my living and my dying, each equally in your care

I shall be a shield for your back and you for mine

I shall not slander you, nor you me

I shall honor you above all others, and when we quarrel we shall do so in private

and tell no strangers our grievances.

This is my wedding vow to you.

This is the marriage of equals.

You could also do a Celtic hand binding.....same meaning as unity candle or sand ceremony.

I went to a wedding last month for a very, very Irish and Scottish friend. They had a bagpiper play as they exited the church...it was pretty awesome. You could have FH and/or your dads and groomsmen wear kilts. If that's too much for you, you can have the men wear ties in a celtic-inspired plaid. You could have a monochromatic pallet with all different shades of green, or you could throw in cream, golds, oranges and burnt reds. You can look for a dress or veil with Irish lace.

You can serve some Irish food, too...soda bread or corned beef and cabbage. You can have an Irish wedding cake, which is a fruitcake filled with almonds, raisins, cherries, and spices and laced with bourbon or brandy.

Here's a link to a Style Me Pretty post about handfasting: http://www.stylemepretty.com/2010/03/12/handfasting-ceremony-by-shannon-leahy/

I also read about an Irish toast, which uses mead instead of champagne. It might be cool for you to do...you could print it on cards at guests' place settings or something so that they could participate. The bride and groom say "Friends and relatives, so fond and dear, 'tis our greatest pleasure to have you here. When many years this day has passed, fondest memories will always last. So we drink a cup of Irish mead and ask God's blessing in your hour of need." The guests respond: "On this special day, our wish to you, the goodness of the old, the best of the new. God bless you both who drink this mead, may it always fill your every need."

Here are a few pictures from another very Irish friend's wedding...their cake topper, their family crests, and the too-cute bride with her dad.

We're incorporating a handfasting element into our ceremony, and FH's ring has a laser-etched Celtic design to reflect his Irish roots.

Handfastings are a wonderful idea, and you can bind your hands with your family tartan (if you know it).

Celtic music is a must - harps are the traditional instrument of Ireland, and there are some beautiful love songs that sound fabulous on the instrument. Bagpipes are very cool, too. For Celtic weddings I've done, I've sometimes done a harp and fiddle duet for most of the ceremony, with a piper playing the bride down the aisle and the couple back out for the recessional.

Here's our fan programs - the back side is Celtic Tree Astrology (it's a tree/rustic themed wedding and I'm of Irish heritage.). Maybe you can incorporate it into your wedding somewhere.

For the outdoor and fall portion, I just painted this aisle runner for a bride this weekend (as an idea?):
